Who we are

We both learned how to operate equipment in the cradle, as both of our fathers were also excavators. With over 40+ years of experience between the two of us. There isn’t likely to be a situation that neither of us have encountered.

Dave: I have a background in commercial land balancing, grade checking, road and parking lots, and project management. I joined the union at age 18. Started out as a grade checker because my dad always said anyone can learn how to drive a machine, but knowing how to operate one, and what to do with it, is what makes a truly good operator.

Paul: My father owed his own residential excavation company. Digging basements, hard-scapes, and final grading. I later joined the union and primarily installed underground conduit, concrete removal, duct-bank repairs, and have thousands of hours on an excavator.
